Director of Coaching & Player Development
HAILEY WILLIAMS
Hailey Williams is the Director of Coaching & Player Development at Maryland-Elite Soccer Club and the Assistant Coach at UMBC, a Division I program. A former Division I player at Stetson University, Hailey holds a USSF B License and USC Premier Diploma. She brings over a decade of coaching experience, focusing on developing players’ technical, tactical, and mental skills. Hailey’s passion for player growth and her extensive background in both collegiate and club soccer make her a key leader in shaping the future of Maryland-Elite SC.

DAMON WILLIAMS
Damon Williams is the Founder and Technical Director of Maryland-Elite Soccer Club. He has been instrumental in shaping the club's vision, ensuring a focus on high-level player development and a commitment to excellence. Damon’s leadership and dedication to the game continue to drive the club's success at every level.

JOHN SIGLER
John Sigler is a key member of the Academy Staff at Maryland-Elite Soccer Club. While his primary focus is on developing field players, he also brings specialized expertise to goalkeeper training, ensuring comprehensive development for all players. John's approach to coaching emphasizes technical, tactical, and physical growth, helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.

MAX FRIEDERICH
Max Friederich is a key member of the Academy Staff at Maryland-Elite Soccer Club. Max played youth soccer at SIMA Soccer Academy, where he developed his technical and tactical skills before continuing his playing career at Stetson University at the Division I level. His playing experience allows him to bring a deep understanding of the game to his coaching, focusing on developing players' skills and helping them grow both on and off the field.

CONNOR JONES
Connor Jones is an integral part of our Goalkeeper Development Staff. He brings a wealth of experience from his time playing both soccer and football at UVA, a Division I program. His diverse athletic background gives him a unique perspective on goalkeeper training and development. Connor focuses on refining technical skills, improving decision-making, and preparing goalkeepers for high-level competition. His coaching approach blends discipline, athleticism, and tactical understanding to help goalkeepers reach their full potential.

KALLI WILLIAMS
Kalli Williams is a dedicated member of the Academy Staff at Maryland-Elite Soccer Club and a proud club alumna. She brings valuable experience as a Division I goalkeeper at Towson University, where she developed her technical skills and understanding of the game at the highest level. Having been through the Maryland-Elite SC development pathway herself, Kalli is passionate about guiding the next generation of players. Her background as a collegiate athlete allows her to provide expert coaching and mentoring, helping players refine their abilities and reach their full potential.

Cognitive Performance Staff
OLIVIA WILKERSON
Coach Olivia Wilkerson is part of the MESC Travel Academy team, where she works with our Junior and Senior Academy players to develop cognitive resilience and enhance their performance both on and off the field. Olivia played at Westminster College and is currently the Assistant Soccer Coach at Carlow University. She holds a US Soccer National B License, multiple United Soccer Coaches Certifications, and a master’s degree in Sports Psychology and Rehabilitation. Olivia also has certifications in mental health and first aid.

Coach Delaney Weiss is a member of the MESC Academy Staff, where she focuses on refining players' skills and enhancing their tactical understanding. Delaney is dedicated to creating a positive environment that challenges players to reach their full potential.
